Defining the vision for the new SITA Mission Watch Multi Platform product, gathering feedback and business needs from stakeholders and defining features for the development team. Refining features into user stories within the team's backlog while managing, ranking, and prioritizing this backlog to adjust to the defined roadmap. Acting as project manager for the product, including budget, resources and reporting. Leading a team of 8 full-time employers, including developers, testers and designers. Working on several connected watch projects inside the group, from the discovery phase to the product launch. Managing backlog for 2 teams simultaneously, creating Sprint Release Plans with input from developers and PI Planning sessions. Applied Agile methods and processes to promote a disciplined and transparent project management process. Developing simple in-house mobile applications for testing and POCs. Support to testing teams

Developing algorithms for indoor positioning using iBeacons (Bluetooth Low Energy devices). Creating and maintaining Android and iOS apps and libraries. Providing support to the development team

Perform European Test Campaigns for the assessment of EGNOS in Maritime and Common Agricultural Policies (CAP) and its data analysis. Providing support for the EGNOS Software Development Kit (SDK) team, maintaining the code and developing smartphone apps (Android and iOS). Support for the preparation of proposals and company's project management
